The catalogue of an important exhibition held at the London Science Museum in 1977 to commemorate the centenary of the death of Alexander Bain on 2 January 1877. Forty years later this catalogue is still a useful reference work. A good copy, now nicely bound in half leather with gilt lettering to the spine (spine very rubbed), original card covers bound in.
