[Bonhams]: Fine Clocks, Scientific Instruments and Barometers O/P. 202 lots all illustrated in colour. The star of the sale was a magnificent 18th century English musical mantel clock with automata modelled as an Indian elephant with howdah. Other fine lots included a bracket clock by Edward East, a Vulliamy bracket clock with Royal provenance and several marine chronometers. A good copy with a few annotations in ink. Card covers.
