Covid-19: Delays in Parcel Delivery

Ros and I both tested positive for Covid-19 on 11 January so we are unable to process or despatch orders until after our self isolation period which ends on 21 January 2021.
Royal Mail services are working normally but with delays due to staff shortages in some depots. 'By Road' courier services to Europe are experiencing delays at EU Customs because of incomplete paperwork and DPD have suspended their service until 13 January.
The small number of flights to some destinations is still causing some delays.

All Royal Mail services to Europe are operational again. DPD's 'By Road' courier service, which we use is suspended until 13 January.
Buyers in the European Union need to be aware that, from 1 January 2021, they will be charged Sales Tax (VAT) by EU customs authorities on the import of parcels from England (this is the same as what happens if you buy items from anywhere outside the EU). Payment of the import Sales Tax is the buyers responsibility.
