First published in 2000, with a revised edition in 2006, this new edition has the same text and illustrations as the original plus additional photographs of aspects of Daniels life in 2010 and his tourbillon wristwatch and co-axial anniversary wristwatch developed after the book was first written. George Daniels is famous for his invention of the co-axial escapement and for the design and production of a small number of excellent watches for which he made all the parts including the case.
