Having both tested positive for Covid-19 early in January, the good news is that we are now almost back to normal and able to provide our normal service. All delayed orders were shipped last week, the final few went out on Friday 29 January.

Many thanks to all out clients for your messages of support and for being so patient when we were unable to process orders. Your support is much appreciated by both of us.

Parcels by mail to the EU are experiencing delays at EU customs, a small number of clients are reporting delays of up to 21 days. Just a reminder to EU clients - from January 1st, buyers of parcels from England will be charged VAT (sales tax) at the point of import (this the same as what happens now if you buy items from outside the EU).

A very brief newsletter this month, just two things of note. Firstly there is a new book about the clock and watch makers of Northern Ireland - see below. The other news is that The Art of Breguet by George Daniels, long out of print, is being reprinted in March with a new forward by Emanuel Breguet, we will have copies in stock as soon as it is published.
