A revised and enlarged second edition of Gothic Clocks to Lantern Clocks by John Robey is due to be published in August this year. The first edition sold out quickly so if you need a copy send me an email and I will reserve you a copy. Also on this month's newsletter are various books which are becoming harder to find.

The website has more special offers this month, so please have a look to see what's available here.

Gothic Clocks to Lantern Clocks
Short Duration Clocks & Rural Clocks 1480 - 1800
John Robey

The appendices include a translation of an Italian treatise on clocks (published in 1665), and details of English lantern clocks with an original balance.

424 pages, almost 2000 colour illustrations, 2nd edition, 2024.
